Shipping policy

Here are the terms and conditions of the SWEATPANTSGOD.COM shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within one business day after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or Sundays.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided when you made your purchase.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders to North America. North America will be defined as Canada, Mexico, and The United States of America. With standard shipping, products are expected to arrive within fourteen (14) days of placing your order.  Most items arrive in ten (10) days.  All estimated shipping times are noted.  All customers are offered total transparency and constant contact during the shipping process.

International shipping costs and estimates

We’re happy to offer international flat-rate shipping on all orders from international clients. International is used to define the rest of the civilized world outside of North America. North America will be defined as Canada, Mexico, and The United States of America.

International flat-rate shipping is offered in three tiers:

International orders with a total weight between zero (0) and four and a half (4.4) pounds will be charged $25.00 USD.  International orders with a total weight between four and a half (4.5) and ten (9.9) pounds will be charged $40.00 USD.  International orders with a total weight of ten (10) pounds or more will be charged $50.00 USD.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out.  All estimated shipping times are noted.  All customers are offered total transparency and constant contact during the shipping process. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Russia.

How can I track my order status?

You will have tracking and order information in your order confirmation and SWEATPANTSGOD.COM account page.

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

Returns and refunds policy

In the case of lost orders, or items that are damaged upon delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of shipping.

For any return or exchange inquiries, please contact us. We address each inquiry individually.  We try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied.
